    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund.

    • Receipt of a different product than ordered.
    • Manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching issues, fabric tears).
    • Exchanges for reasons like change of preference or color are subject to our discretion and availability.

Refund Policy

  2. Custom-Made and Personalized Garments
    • Custom-made or personalized garments are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled unless defective.
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications. We are not liable for errors in customer-provided details.
  3. Sale and Promotional Items
    • Items purchased during sales or promotions are subject to specific return and exchange restrictions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
