Open Position: Sales & Marketing Officer
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
Promote handloom, makhana, and millet-based products across target markets
Identify and build new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels (domestic and international)
Manage export processes including documentation, logistics, and compliance
Collaborate with field teams, buyers, and key stakeholders
Strengthen brand positioning, client relationships, and sales performance
Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field
2 to 5 years of relevant experience including exposure to export/import operations
Strong understanding of export documentation, compliance, and global market linkages
Experience in handloom, agriculture products, or FMCG sector preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Willingness to travel between Delhi and Bihar, and across India as required
